I have also noticed a glitch of the safe kids, my kid play the minecraft game and what he get away from safe kids is:

1, launch the feather or any other launcher - this cannot 100% stopped because safe kids applies minute allowed time or even I set it as forbidden

2, within 1 minutes, login the game and play

3, after 1 minute limit, the launcher will be stopped but game goes on

In addition the safe kid’s mobile app (iPhone 11 PRO @ IOS18) stopped working since yesterday and this morning I uninstalled and reinstalled did not fix.

problems -  kid is “missing” from the app even though I can see the kid’s profile is there, the summary page is greyed out and nothing else I can do except “add kid”

when checking profiles - kid’s profile is there ….

1. To set (your) expectations, KSK will not work properly IF KSK is not installed correctly. This KSK install is not done correctly -> so, let's get KSK installed correctly & then let's *tweak* it. 
2. What account do (you) use on the Thinkbook15 IML?
3. The account named: Thinkbook15 IML, to the right there's a tiny arrow (1), please select / expand that - take a *full-screen-screen-print* & post back? 
4. In (your) MyKaspersky account, go to KSK, App monitoring -> in the Search field🔍, (2) type in SETTINGS, when Settings is found - take a *full-screen-screen-print* & post back? 
5. Family Settings (3) - which of these have been enabled / activated - please screen-print *each* screen & post back?                                                         

As always *hide* any private information before posting images please?

(Your) additional post came in as we were replying to the reply (you) posted at 19-9-24, 09:12. 

In (your) MyKaspersky account, go to KSK, Profile, take a full-screen-screen-print - *hide* most of your son's ID/name - leave 3 characters - it doesn't matter if the characters are at the start or the finish - see example image:

Please work on the W11 issue & post back & we'll look at this while we waiting for the information from you.

 Thanks and agree we should dig into this issue, initially, I did a clean installation of windows 10 with the entire SSD formatted - New Partition - installed  window 10 x64 - Setup use account "Thinkbook 15-IML " as the admin/ parent account -  create kid's account - (back to parent account) install Kaspersky premium - download and installed safe kids (selected kid's windows account as kids account/monitored account in KSK)

Then the windows 10 was upgraded to windows 11 by windows updates. Not sure if it was the windows upgrade screwed up everything, so I am planning to do a fresh installation of windows 11 x64 with whole SSD formatted again

 I do not normally use this laptop, if I do, I use the account - Thinkbook 15- IML, kids use his own account with his own login

My children easily bypass Kaspersky Safe Kid app (even my 8 year old) It only helps two or three weeks, within this time even an average child can figure out the loopholes.
