Mugshot in Kaspersky PLUS - Android 14 - Not Working

Hi. I haven't blocked the camera in Quick Settings. When I try out Mugshot from My Kaspersky, I receive an email saying that the response is "OK" but I never get a mugshot.

I uninstalled and reinstalled Kaspersky today, so I assume I've installed the latest version.

Phone: Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra. SM-S918B/DS. One UI version: 6.1

Welcome!

1. The actual mugshots are not emailed, the images are stored in (your) MyKaspersky account.
2. Do other commands work, Alarm & OR Locate & Locate? 
3. Has the Samsung Galaxy S23 front camera been tested to make sure it's working?
4. (Your) location is not Germany: Mugshots cannot be taken in Germany due to local legislation. The device is locked only.
5. After (you've) entered the code from (your) email & (you've) sent the Mugshot command from (your) MyKaspersky account - you don't have any images in the Where is my device -> Details, Mugshot section, see (our) image:

It did work. And it all works. I just didn't know where to find the Mugshots. I do now. Thank you @Flood and Flood's wife! ❤️❤️
