Not sure where to sign in as both android phone and laptop show me signed in.

  1. IF the issue persists, log a case with Kaspersky Technical Support, follow: How to get technical support
  2. Also: Support → scroll down to the lower part of the page, select Product help → from the Choose a communication channel options, select Chat or Email.

Thanks for the help. I ended up going to my laptop and searching for 'my devices' and re-adding my android phone. That worked.
