Make Safe Kids "time limits" usable

Hold your horses, the web interface has just now been changed 😀

I just tried again to adjust the settings, and can now enable both sliders for my son’s devices. For my daughter’s phone I get a clear message that I should first update the app on the child device to combine both functions.

Now you can really combine time limit and downtime!
