Lightroom on Android set to be usable when blocked, but is blocked anyway

I have set Lightroom app as allowed when phone is being blocked.

The application can be started, but when an image is opened Kaspersky shuts the app down.

Any ideas?

These are the phone specs:

• Manufacturer: Xiaomi
• Model: Redmi Note 7
• System info: MIUI Global 12.5.1
  Android version: 10QKQ1.190910.002

That's annoying, we can replicate the issue. 

1. Check in (your) MyKaspersky Notifications, does it show an entry for New application Lightroom from a specific Category & Age restriction? 
2.  Log a case with Kaspersky Support; select either Chat or Email & fill in the Application malfunction, Other template; Support may require Traces, Logs & other data, they will guide you. 

💥Note: use an onscreen video recorder to video the issue & submit it with the request, it will help support understand. 

• When Support provide a solution, please share it with the Community?

I have faced this issue when I was using Kaspersky. You can also try to update the Lightroom app, there are bug fixed and improvement in new version.

Update the Lightroom APK
