License key stored in My Kaspersky but couldn't be activated

Hello,

Stored a license key in my account before the cuurent one is expired. It expired 2 days ago now and the new one seems not automatically activated, the app on my PC is still saying subscription expired.

Please try this :

1. Disable (Uninstall) Kaspersky Plus
2. Go to https://my.kaspersky.com/MyLicenses#/portal/pages/licenses → Kaspersky Plus → Download
3. After download , the on top installation will start automatically.
4. Wen the installation is completed → update Databases
5. Reboot (Shutdown)

It says the activation code doesn’t work for the current region. I’m now abroad, and the key was indeed purchased in my home country. Good to know.
