KSN servers unavailable

I have 1 server in my account that show this alert.

I have checked a several times the profile of this device and all features are good. Web outgoing connections are OK too.

Are there some new configuration that I need to do on specific situation with servers?

Install latest plugin of keswin , then go-to policy properties , accept KSN Agreement

I have did all the required recommendations and did not find any issue, and I have three more devices acting like this, so what should I do Any recommendations, please?  @Tahmeed702 @Demiad

After doing some troubleshooting, now I am getting this error again, and now the error of server unavailable has disappeared. The error in the DEVICE properties is: Failed (Error code: 2147952506)

Show us the screenshot of the error in details , as well as events of the that specific device, go to device properties and send screenshot of the event section.

Update Plugin to 12.9

Here are the detailed screenshots from the device. Also My plugin is upgraded to latest version, 12.9. Your kidn support will be appreciated.

Hello @Demiad

I have done all the required steps and it helped, but it is difficult ot do on all devices having the issue as we are managing devices using KSC.

I have also opened a ticket with the KL support.
