I have an issue with location services and the App being unable to locate both my kids iPads (IOS 18.4.1) despite recording time and apps they are using in Australia. Location services are turned on, on all devices and in family sharing…..so frustrating.

  1. Has Apple Screen-time been configured for both (your) children's devices? 
  2. Has KSK been *uninstalled*, then clean installed & *configured* according to: Configure the app for your child? IF 'yes' & KSK is still unable to locate both iPads please log a request with Kaspersky Customer Service, https://support.kaspersky.com/b2c#contacts  - select either Email or Chat, then fill in the template as shown; include a *detailed history
  • *Also* -> IF using Chat - *before* ending the chat -> ask the operator to email (you) a copy of the chat transcript - otherwise (you'll) have no record of the chat*    image.thumb.png.b6d45c94c5e05d19e2493fd48e1890a6.png
