KSC Web console not updating some statistics

Hi,

    On KSC Web Console, there is a widget showing "most heavily infected devices" with number of threats. When I reset the virus counter on those devices thery are still on top of the list. Does it take more time to refresh?

these widgets show statistical information for a specific period, 30 days by default. you can edit the timing by clicking on the "gear" and selecting "show settings"

You still have to "reset the virus counter" on the old ones to react to new threats and check the "active threats" repository to remove them ...

but these actions on the widget will not have any effect ... but it shows the general statistics - total for the period

I got it. Actually I changed the default. I was thinking resetting virus count would override the statistics on web console. Now it is clear to me.
