Hi @william0557

There are many reasons why some particular driver (e.g. klflt.sys or any other) can fault and cause BSOD. Even though the error looks the same, it does not mean the root cause is also the same. Have you submitted a ticket to technical support? Can you kindly share its number? We would need a full memory dump, as per the instruction from Anton above, to analyze and find the solution. Please let us know.

I have already submitted a ticket to support (INC000012486302). I just sent them a GetSystemInfo report, as requisited, and they are analysing the problem.

Hi William, 

Got it, thank you. We will request a full memory dump. If you have a moment, you can use the instruction below to generate the dump, then compress it into an archive to reduce size and share with support: 

1. Configure the system to enable writing of a full memory dump:
https://support.kaspersky.com/common/diagnostics/3055#block1

2. When the system crashes, make sure to wait till the dump is recorded to the disk, do not force system restart by resetting the PC.

oh I see unpleasant postings get deletet by Kasperski. The time you waste in deleting my posts you should invest in solving the problems.

I am seriously wondering if I will continue the annual subscription of KIS. Perhaps I change to Avira. Runs on my Notebook for years - and for free! And without causing any troubles or bluescreens.

Thats the crux of the story: we are talking about a pretty expensive, “professional” anti-virus-software, that performs worse compared to free software. I have no problem paying for a good product, but then I expect it to work f.cking well. And I also expect problems to get solved quickly - more than 4 month we are talking about this problem definitely isn’t.

Mine seem to be related to configuring NextDNS via DNS software.

My PC crashes when i use Firefox.

Upgraded my KIS to version 21.3.10.391 (latest) and so far problem seems to be solved.

I have the same problem on three totally different computers, both with Windows 10 20H2 and KTS 21.2.16.590 patch C.

I just removed KTS and installed it again and version 21.3.10.391 came. They must have launched now, because it was not even 5 days ago that it had migrated from KAV to KTS

Let's see if it normalizes ....
