KIS Fails to start

HI,

I have a new installation of Windows 11.   Left click on KIS icon, the loading screen momentarily appears and disappears. This repeats and continues to do so. I now have about 100 greyed out KIS shields in 'Hidden icons' but no protection. I do not feel safe to carry on online. In addition to which everything is so slow with KIS constantly trying to load and warning pings every few seconds.

Please uninstall Kaspersky + reboot and reinstall Kaspersky + reboot ?
