Keyboard and mouse and speakers (and other software) stopped working

I'm trying to recover my keyboard, mouse, speakers, which aren't working after uninstalling kapersky. So i booted with kapersky rescue tool.

But the tools option is just not showing

I'm running windows 11

Please help, I've spent hours and hours on this with no luck

this is 2024 kapersky rescue tool, the 2018 version was showing black screen on my laptop

@dubailaptop Did you create the KDR boot disk according to the instructions? Did you follow these steps?

I followed the exact instructions for windows! (iso mode)

I have downloaded the latest update provided by dm , now internet connection is working but the tools tab remains invisible as before. it looks to be deliberate from kaspersky rather than a glitch. some people have no tools tab on the internet during tutorials and others have it.

The same person made 2 tutorials 4 years apart and suddenly in the second one he got a tools bar. I have tried burning the software using GPT instead of MRD. The result is the same

i have tried both  usbc and usba port, all the same. I have tried turning off the internet and even tried downloading a foreign version, because maybe it's a regional block, still the same, i've tried entering my bitlocker key for the hard drive, still the same

I have spoken to the customer service chat representative, they said they will escalate it but it's better to post in the forum where i will get a response. This is very frustrating and it's taken 2 days away from me

According to the developers, this tab is not displayed if the KRD does not recognize the operating system.

Probably if BitLocker is on...
