keyaboard issue in kes11 FDE

Hi, We are facing one typical problem regarding DELL Latitude 3400 model Laptops. After encrypting with KES-11.1.1.126 the internal keyboard is not working but mouse is working. If we plug in external USB keyboard then it is working. here is the GSI log including the KES FDE precheck up Logs for your information. It’s done the upgrade, keyboard it’s come back to working but traking pad stop work.

If i plug in a USB Mouse, it’s showing the pointer mouse.
