Hi, We are facing one typical problem regarding DELL Latitude 3400 model Laptops. After encrypting with KES-11.1.1.126 the internal keyboard is not working but mouse is working. It’s done the upgrade, keyboard it’s come back to working but traking pad stop work.

If i plug in a USB Mouse, it’s showing the pointer mouse.
