Please, reply in the ticket of the Kaspersky Company Account.

Please, send screenshot of the error, gsi, etc.. will be review by Kaspersky technicians.

I too am having similar issues in installing this application on my Windows ARM processor device (Surface Pro X).  I used to be employed by an antivirus company and often we used Kaspersky as a benchmark for testing our own app which is why I went to this tool due to various reasons and would like to continue using it if it supports these devices.

I belive that Kaspersky does not support clients with arm processors.
