KES 11 is interfering with Outlook 2016 OST file. Turning Kaspersky off and Outlook opens normally. The path for the file is C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Outlook\username@mcstamp.com.ost username changes for each user of course. I have added %user% for the username and added the file and path to the exclusion list and continuing testing.

How do we view this list that is already there to see if a particular app or file is listed?

Looking for a default list of applications and files to load into KES 11.X Windows clients. There used to be a standard Microsoft list to exclude from scanning.

I am unable to find this distribution kit client folder location.

That driver also fails to install. Still unable to install KES.

Neither of those links say that the Windows 10 on Snapdragon Arm processor is or is not supported. An incident has been opened INC000010972350

We are unable to install Kaspersky 11 application on this Windows 10 Arm - Snapdragon processor based laptop - error 27300. The agent installs OK. Is this processor supported?
