Kaspersky website not loading properly - send day in a row on multiple machines

I can't even access my account - no links work, and it doesn't load the pictures, I am using a VPN network though which I've always used, surely they wouldn't penalise people for using a VPN by having their page not load

Once again it's going to be volunteers who come to the rescue  ....

• Can we please make a deal, (you) can offload -within reason - about robotic support - as much as (you) want, but please kindly drop the country reference. 

1. Let's start with some basics, which error(s) happen when (you) try to access: https://my.kaspersky.com/ - provide *details* please - (apart from the links & pictures) -> can (you) *sign-in* OR not even get that far? 
2. IF (you) don't use a VPN -> is it possible to access https://my.kaspersky.com/? 
3. IF (you) select *other* remote virtual locations - is https://my.kaspersky.com/? accessible, do the links & pictures work? 
4. Does the same problem -> unable to access https://my.kaspersky.com/ - happen in every supported browser: Edge, Firefox, Chrome? 
5. Does the same problem happen with Kaspersky Premium v21.20: https://www.kaspersky.com/downloads/premium? 
6. Please provide: Windows OS version & build -> in Windows Search, type WINVER - open the WINVER app, post back what is shown in the WINVER app please?

Please share the outcome when it's available?
