Welcome!

  1. 👉Uninstall the existing VPN.
  2. 👉Shutdown the computer, using Shutdown, not Restart, power ON, by pressing the Power button, login.
  3. 👉Download a new exe: 21.15.8.493 Kaspersky VPN Secure Connection for Windows® & update

  1.  Please log a request with: Kaspersky Customer Service: https://support.kaspersky.com/b2c#contacts, on the support page, select either Chat or Email, then fill in Application malfunction, Other template; please include any screen images of the error & a detailed history. Support may request logs, traces & other data; they will guide you.  
  • Please share the outcome with the Community, when it's available?

  1. Please don't post the *same issue* in multiple topics
  2. ⚠️Make sure the Windows OS is not Insider preview or Beta, it must only be commercially released OS.
  3.  👉Logs & traces cannot be shared in the Community, it's a Community *rule*, to protect *your privacy*.
  4. The Kaspersky Customer Service team can assist you to: "trace the connection attempt" via traces & logs, have you raised an incident request with them? IF 'no', please do so: https://support.kaspersky.com/b2c#contacts -> on the support page, select either Chat or Email, then fill in Cannot establish a VPN connection template - see image below; please include any screen images of the error & a *detailed history*. Support may request logs, traces & other data, refer: How to get Kaspersky VPN Secure Connection trace files and send them to Customer Service & they will guide you: vpn-cannot-cnx-remote.thumb.png.8378f761098c782a0085b7641643135f.png
