Is there any news regarding this kpm integration error? I am facing this since I switched before 2 days (after using kaspersky removal tool) from KTS to Premium paid version... Both my laptop win 10 22H2 and desktop PC win 11 23H2 are showing this dllhost exe, kpm integration dll error in their event viewer..

Kaspersky support does not help me till now and they just told me to run a support tool and send the results to them.. after restarting PC, it dissapeared as an error and I mentioned it to them just to give me today an answer "monitor yor problem and send us again"!! unbelievable.. it is a shame...

today I showed this error again and again...so when will they fix this bug?

Hello @LARY, welcome.

Which version is your Premium? Is patch 'B' already installed?
Among other things, the patch changes the affected dll.

If you do not see '21.19.7.527 (b)', please restart your computer. This is required for the final installation of the patch.

Before running GSI-6.2.2.73.exe tool, there were many errors of these kmp integration dll...I run this tool yesterday after advised by support service, but the error is still shown in the event viewer (just once per every restart and NOT too many times as it was before running this tool)..

Hello @LARY

Thank you for posting back!

  1. According to the post from @Igor Kurzin, 27th Nov, 2024This issue will be fixed in 21.20, release is expected in January/February 2025
  2. On Windows Taskbar, *hidden icons*, rightclick the Kaspersky icon, select About OR open the Kaspersky application,  select the Headset icon, the application version is shown on the fourth line down; IF a patch has been added it will be reflected as Application version (x) || x = patch                      image.thumb.png.3fd867d03ae18b474af24d6a02ee8767.png
  3. *Manually* UPDATE the databases, wait for this process to complete then shutdown the computer using SHUTDOWN, not Restart, power ON by pressing the power-button, login, check if the patch has been applied - otherwise patiently wait: patches & versions are distributed progressively.
  • **IF (you're) engaged with Kaspersky support about the issue, please continue with them.

Thank you🙏

Do not pay attention to this error.. I have already made a contact with Kaspersky official support and they said that it will be fixed in the next update..personally, I have this error once per every Pc restart..just ignore it
