I purchased Kaspersky Plus today, and I did not have an account while purchasing so after payment,  when it asked me for my email address in order to send receipt and product activation key, but instead of giving my account which is .yahoo, i gave .gmail.com and after realizing the mistake  I contacted customer support and then they said that they have updated the email address, and that the confirmation mail would be sent to my original email within an hour. Its been almost 2 hours now and still no email, I made a ticket in the email, other than an automated ticket confirmation mail, no other response. I requested for refund, pretty much same with response. I even called their local support centre numbers but they aren't picking up. What do I do now? Any sort of help is highly appreciated.
