Please help me resolve this issue. Why kaspersky Plus is blocking ChatGPT Premium. It is showing this error message. 

Something went wrong. If this issue persists please contact us through our help center at help.openai.com.
Please do something to fix it. It is super urgent

Please provide versions of operating system and KPlus installed.

 

Are You using ChatGTP via some kind of application or via browser? Do You get any warning from your Kaspersky?

I am facing the same problem. ChatGPT works only when the kaspersky Plus is uninstalled. I have even included chatGPT as trusted website. 

I have windows 11 64 bits.

Operating System - Windows 11

I have uninstalled Kaspersky Plus again and ChatGPT is now working fine. No problem, if it can't be resolved, I will purchase other internet security then.

Which exact version of Kaspersky Plus?

They are suffering a DDoS attack...

The DDoS attack seems to be over.
Can anyone affected please test the connection to OpenAI again?

I'm in Kaspersky Premium 21.15 (using FireFox), and here working fine now 🙂
