I use my computer for work, and since yesterday I have not been able to enter some sites of the company, it is showing the attached error...

I disabled the antivirus and the site is working again.

I would like some help, because I am not finding the place for me to register this type of exception.

Did You make any change to Your K. product? Also, try powering off the router for a while...

 

Check if using a Proxy Server in Your Windows network settings.

I didn't do any updates, I just turned the notebook on to work and it wasn't working anymore.

I don't use a proxy server.

when I click on Exit, in Kaspersky, the sites work again.

so i believe Kaspersky is doing some blocking

Can You try to run a K. Restore Settings:

If still not working, uninstall and reinstall.

Using Kaspersky VPN? did You enable Kill Switch?

I use GlobalProtect.

 

I tested it on another PC, and the pages are accessible.
But I need it to work on this one, because I use it for work

Check if K. VPN is enabled or being activated when accessing those sites.

K.VPN is disabled.

I'm only using GlobalProtect to connect to the company's network

Hum I guess GlobalProtect product also comes with security features? Probably incompatibility issues running 2 security products in the same system 🤔

I looked for some security setting in GlobalProtect but I didn't find it.

But I believe that is not the problem, because some pages I can access normally.

@Nazatto Hey there!

Tell me, did you get a fix for this kaspersky issue with GlobalProtect ? I got the same issue here
