Hello @Pau & @Donald McDonald,

Welcome!

According to the post by @Igor Kurzin, the issue was fixed April 2nd, 2024

Please do the following:

  1. Create a KPM *Backup*, read: Create Copy
  2. Exit KPM.
  3. Uninstall KPM using Windows *Add & Remove programs* - read: Install and uninstall the application.
  4. Shutdown the computer using SHUTDOWN, not Restart, when the computer is OFF, power on by pressing the power button, login.
  5. Download a *new* KPM exe.
  6. Install KPM.
  7. Recheck the sync issue? IF it persists,  log a request with Kaspersky Customer Service, https://support.kaspersky.com/b2c#contacts; select either Email or Chat, then fill in the template as shown; include a *detailed history*         image.thumb.png.eff5a88a5c96dadffabe7eb024602734.png

Please share the outcome, with the Community, when it's available?

Thank you?

I followed your instruction and nothing changed, still failing to synch.

I tried synching on my Android tabled and got this message before it completed the sysch.1742505586316.thumb.jpg.cd4d482449cf84463b9f0d1880f47353.jpg

Have there been changes made to the synch feature that might have caused it to fail?

If that is not the problem then I'll fill in a support request.

Regards

Donald

Hello @Donald McDonald

Thank you for the information.

  1. Android is another issue entirely! Where is (your) Android KPM from? Install a *new* KPM from one of these sources - (personally - even tho *all* our devices are Samsung, for KPM updates, Huawei has been the most consistent & reliable - with automatic updates) - How to download Kaspersky apps on Android and iOS, Kaspersky Password Manager. || Also, after entering the PWD, did the synch progress? || Android - What's new - is 'published' via the app interface; iow, there's no documentation in: Kaspersky Password Manager for Android.
  2. KPM, What's new, January 17th, 2025
  3. The issue will not get attention from Kaspersky without them being notified there's an issue; the *original* issue was fixed, from Kaspersky's perspective there does not appear to be any outstanding issue(s).

Please share the outcome, with the Community, when it's available?

Thank you?

Just pointing out that changes to the application were made and afterwards the same problem was reported from various sources. Do you know if I can get hold of the old version to see if it fixes it?

Solved:

2. Install KPM, works like a charm
