kaspersky e DNS dinamico

buongiorno, ho fatto una registrazione al sito https://dyndns.it/ per poter vedere alcune da internet alcune videocamere di sorveglianza installate sulla mia retw wi-fi. quando provo a configurare il modem mi da un errore, se disattivo l'antivirus avvia la procedura di memorizzazione ma il modem risponde:

"Risultato Autentificazione Utente: Not Accepted"
