Kaspersky data Encryption [moved]

I have creapted policy on security center with data encryption option and enabled the component.

After policy applying I have still error to execute the job.

Also meanwhile you can run FDE Test Utility 11.6.0.1 https://support.kaspersky.com/14328 on the target system.

Hi,

After making FDE test, There is “no compatibility issues where found” after rebooting.

 

I have create Policy with data encryption options for the computer.

 

When checking the encryption report, I have “there is no encryption policy defined” on report but the policy was applied on the computer.

Hi @chaibou,

can you check, if on the target host is the encryption component installed?

 

1. open device properties
2. go to applications, select KES and open properties:

   

   Device properties→Applications→KES Properties

3. Switch to components and check the Status:

   

   KES Components

Can you share printscreen with us? It may help to track the cause..
