Hello, i have Kaspersky Antivirus installed and i want to renew the subscription. I see that I can't find keys specifically for AV, probably because it has been replaced with Kaspersky Standard. I don't want to uninstall AV. Can i purchase keys for Standard and use them in Kaspersky Antivirus program? Will they work OK?

Welcome!

1. (you are correct) Kaspersky Standard has replaced Kaspersky AV; (you) can *upgrade* (your) existing Kaspersky AV subscription to Kaspersky Standard (for free), read: Kaspersky: Basic, Standard, Plus, Premium - info & FAQ, by Danila T.
2. Kaspersky *renewal* subscriptions are generally more expensive than new subscriptions. 
3. As far as uninstall existing software & installing new software - (ioe), it can help to export existing software Settings - see images at the end of reply, then *uninstall* Kaspersky AV, then shutdown the computer using Shutdown, not Restart, power on the computer by pressing the power button, login, download the new software & proceed to install, at the end of the install - make sure the *new* Kaspersky Standard application is *signed into* with the same email address that (you) use to purchase the subscription - so the application & the MyKaspersky account *synchronise* & the License key is recognised by the application. 
4. No, with Kaspersky's new software, Kaspersky Standard, IF the subscription is purchased from a Kaspersky website, Kaspersky doesn't issue Activation codes, they issue License Keys & they send the License Key to (your) MyKaspersky account as soon as the subscription is successfully paid for. Read: Where to find the activation code for Kaspersky Standard, Plus, Premium: "Kaspersky Standard, Plus, and Premium do not require activation codes. After purchasing on the Kaspersky website, the subscription will be automatically added to your My Kaspersky account. The application will be activated automatically after you download and install it."

I'd like to push the use-case of the previous poster:

I'd pay for an antivirus-only, on-demand solution - this was the distinguishing feature of Kaspersky AV. I unfortunately will not switch to a full-blown suite with further interference into the system and traffic.

How far can the components in the "Standard" package be switched off / dialled back ?

*Kaspersky Standard* is Kaspersky's new generation of Kaspersky Anti-Virus, it's essentially the same software *improved*; Kaspersky Anti-Virus subscriptions can no longer be purchased from Kaspersky websites; Kaspersky Anti-Virus subscriptions may still be able to be purchased from non-Kaspersky 3rd pty merchants & OR from a physical store*

1. Kaspersky Standard has many configurable features -> it all depends on (your) requirements, *first*, read: the Standard column of:  Comparison of subscription plans table, second, read: What’s included in Kaspersky Standard?
2. The majority of these features can be disabled IF it suits (you) *however* that may compromise (your) system & (your) security.
