I have a chat that uses javascript and i in inkognito mode (that's just how I connect to the chat, don't know enough to know why my internet provider can't let me use the chat site in no inkognito mode)

I use windows 11 and chrome, every time i disable karspersky standard i was recommeded to try (payed for karspersky internet security) or Karspersky internet security

the site works

karspersky was all the time like this as someone recommended to do relatative to javacript injection (im very tempted to try to get my money back and use something else)

Hello @gasolin
Welcome!
Kaspersky internet security is Kaspersky's *old* software, it's been replaced by Kaspersky Standard, Kaspersky are offering a *free* upgrade; please upgrade by selecting this link: https://www.kaspersky.com/downloads#update-product;  you'll need to sign into the *new* Kaspersky Standard application with the same email address that (you) use to sign into (your) MyKaspersky account & read: Kaspersky: Basic, Standard, Plus, Premium - info & FAQ by Danila T. (Kaspersky).

*AFTER* upgrading to Kaspersky Standard, also check Private Browsing & Anti-Banner & check if it's still necessary to uncheck / clear the box of Inject script into web traffic to interact with web pages - for the Chat to work - IF 'yes', try the Chat in Edge & OR Firefox browsers, IF the issue persists -> please submit a request to Kaspersky Customer Service,  https://support.kaspersky.com/b2c#contacts - select Email, fill in the template as shown in the last image, provide a *detailed history*

Kaspersky Customer Service are also the team to discuss refunds with & please readHow to request a refund?
