Is this additional external apps is from Kaspersky or Hackers?

Dear Kaspersky, I have completed scanned the android phone. It find no threats. However, it come out message that need to download external apps.

I am wonder is it from Kaspersky or hackers?

1. Where is the "message to download external apps"?
2. Did (you) take a screen-print (A) - the 'share' message for screen-prints is normal, IF (you) did. 
3. What are the two outstanding notifications (B)?

Thank you for posting back!

1. This is from Kaspersky & it's normal. 
2. (A), the image, the application offers the option to 'share' the .png image via Nearby share - is Bluetooth enabled ? OR Oppo share - is the phone an Oppo? 
3. Has Sharing been enabled? Do (you) use Sharing? IF NO - disable Sharing - use (your) phone instructions guide to do this as they will be specific to (your) phone; (for us, we use Samsung, Settings, Connected devices, Quick Share, Nearby sharing).
4. IF the screen-print is still on the screen, exit the image -> go to & select the three vertical bars ||| (1), select Close all (2)                                                                                                                                   . 
5. ***IMPORTANT*** what is (B)?
