Welcome back!

No, BadUSB Attack Prevention is available in Kaspersky's Business range, Kaspersky Plus - a product from the Home user range does not have BadUSB Attack Prevention, however there are steps *all* users can take to mitigate the risks by following recommended *best practices*, for example: don't use unknown, untrusted USB drives, physically or logically disable unused USB ports, use a USB data blocker, etc.
