October 16, 20241 yr I'm trying to install kaspersky stander plus, once downloaded the installer do nothing. I have tried: Run as administrator Clean temp files Installed framework 4.8 Windows updates are up to date I dont know what else to do. The installer does not run on windows 10. The wizard to instal the antivirus does not appear.

October 22, 20241 yr Hola, Te recomiendo que crees un ticket de soporte en mi Kaspersky, por lo poco que comentas puede ser un problema en tu equipo con windows installer, etc.. envíales un getsysteminfo (gsi) para que lo puedan revisar los técnicos de Kaspersky. Saludos
