I was billed and paid 3 times. I should only have been billed and paid once.

Kaspersky billed me 3 times.  Each time they told me that my coverage would terminate if I did not make the requested payment.  So naturally I made the payment.

But I should have been billed once only.  They have received 3 payments.  Only 1 is legit as far as I know.

I need to speak to someone at Kaspersky to straighten this out.

To tell you the truth, I don't really know exactly what happened.

I probably paid for a product or service that I didn't know I was getting. 

I am not complaining.

Whatever happened, happened. I am okay to just leave it at that.

i.e. Drop it.

Everything is okay.
