I lost my Chrome's bookmarks after installing Kaspersky Premium. Please advise how I can retrieve them?

1. READ & follow *all* steps in this *recommended-answer* carefully: i lost all my history and bookmarks and can not find them

I don't think, I am confident, since I just purchased it yesterday and after scanning my laptop, all bookmarks were unavailable.

Did you check Kaspersky Premium → Security → Quarantine → ? Restore ?

Thank you for posting back & the information!

1. Before *yesterday* were you signed into (your) Chrome account? 
2. Before *yesterday* was synchronization enabled? 
3. Have (you) read & followed *all* the steps in the resource provided - were you able to find the two files: Bookmarks and Bookmarks.bak in location: C:\Users\YOURNAME\AppData\Local\Google\Chrome\User Data\Default & OR Profile1 folder - and did (you) make sure - when doing this procedure (you) were exited OUT of all browsers?

When I tried to sync with the account, Chrome retrieved old bookmarks. It seems that the new bookmarks were not synchronized with the account.
