I Just Renewed My License, but whenever I activate it, it says I don't have any subscriptions

I just renewed my license today, and when I try to activate it on my personal computer, the activation window says I don't have an active subscription.

Photo 1: Shows that I have a current active subscription for Kaspersky Plus

Photo 2: Shows that I don't have a subscription on the associated email

I've tried looking for the activation codes of my account and tried to use them to no avail.

Any advice or help would be helpful.

Hello 🤗 

What is your account and purchase license region?

For example if you buy license from Australia region ,you should be active kaspersky via Australia IP

 Both account and purchase region are in SEA

I got this in my invoice:

Welcome!

  1. Subscriptions - purchased *new* OR *renewed* from Kaspersky websites do not have activation codes; Kaspersky uses *license keys*. 
  2. When the subscription is paid for the subscription/license is automatically sent to the MyKaspersky account. 
  3. License keys cannot be manually entered into the MyKaspersky account & OR the Kaspersky application. 
  4. What should happen is: (you) sign into the *application* using the *same* email address that was used to purchase the subscription so the application & (your) MyKaspersky account *synchronise*. 
  5. IF (you've) done that & the application still shows that there's no subscription on the associated email & (you) know the email & (your) MyKaspersky account email are *identical* please log a request with Kaspersky Customer Serviceon the support page: https://support.kaspersky.com/b2c#contacts  - select either Chat or Email, fill in the template as shown - please include a *detailed history*.

I have been repeating what you suggested a hundred times. It will just give the same activation code via email and same results comes out. "Activation Period Expired". I have already emailed the costumer support 2days ago with no reply. Looks like I will just have to refund and find a new antivirus for my devices. Costumer support  is ZERO in kaspersky.

Costumer support  is ZERO in Kaspersky.

  • *IF the subscription was purchased from a Kaspersky website, no activation code is manually entered in the Kaspersky application*
  1. READ: Error "License has expired" or "Activation period has expired"
  2. After emailing Kaspersky Customer Service, did (you) receive an automated email with a incident reference prefixed with INC000000? IF 'yes', please wait patiently, support will eventually contact (you). 
  3. Hi @Flood and Flood's wife, thanks for your message. I do understand that Kaspersky subscriptions do not have an activation code immediately available. I believe you can gain access to an activation code in the manage subscriptions area. They will send an email with the activation code for the subscription. That aside, I've tried your method, but still did not proceed with activation. Thank you!

I've been in contact with the customer service personnel for the past couple of days too, and they've mentioned that multiple users were experiencing the same issue (similar to mine and Juniel's). Today (after 3 days ), it is now able to push through with the activation. I hope yours has been resolved as well, @Juniel.
