The KSK Windows YouTube Safe Search monitoring documentation states: 

The feature allows to monitor what video your child is watching on his PC, it provides you with the such information as video name, channel name, start time of watching the video. You can monitor videos viewed by a child through supported browsers on the YouTube site, as well as YouTube videos embedded in other sites viewed even in incognito mode. The report is available on Android devices.?

Go to the Kaspersky Safe Kids for Android Online Help for more information about this feature and how to enable it on an Android device.

Safe Search: Kaspersky Safe Kids supports Safe Search in the following search engines: Google (including "Ok Google"), Bing, Mail.ru, Yandex, Yahoo! and YouTube.

For KSK Android, the monitoring is activated via Web activity monitoring, not Application monitoring.
