how to resume protection in KSC when the client puase it localy??

Hi guys 

I have found an issue in Kaspersky Security Center

A client paused protection localy 

In mmc console showed this log (protection is disable)

I have gone to application section In  properties of the client and I havent found an option to resume and start it 

I have disabled it and again enabled but this situation still remaind (protection is disabled)?

And I have gone to task section and I have wanted to start the File Threat Protection but it failed to start it

This issue has already been discussed in the Russian-speaking part of the forum.

At the moment, this is a problem, and so far it is not possible to launch protection remotely (if it was set to pause).

You can restrict the access of ordinary users to this function by setting a password on the application control, this will not allow them to stop, disable, delete the application.
