I go to Customer Service, Contact Us Section. Fill out the Form, wait for days; nothing happened. The Waiting Time suppose to be 6 minutes.

Unfortunately the Kaspersky services are not available any more in the US.

Also, there may be a little confusion, from @Danila T. & the US Ban statement - as long as US based Subscribers have an active subscription they still have access to Kaspersky support; in the statement it says: "All licenses will keep functioning until their original expiration date."

Kaspersky has a legal obligation to continue to support those licenses until expiry, resource: Support Rules for Kaspersky Software.

If the URL / Chat - option is not working, try the following URLs, select Email - *not* Chat - note - (you) may need to use a VPN:

  1. https://support.kaspersky.com/us/b2c/us#contacts OR
  2. https://support.kaspersky.com/b2c/global#contacts

If problems persist please post back?

Thank you for your suggestion. I did just as you descripe, but nothing happens. It has been weeks now and I still not receive any contact...

 

I live in Southeast Asia, does that have any effect on the issue?

Anyway, now that I think about it. It might be easier to just ask what can be done with my initial problem (the reason why I want to contact them in the first place) here.

 

I use the Application to block Discord from accessing my Microphone. When I opened Discord, the blockage works just fine, but I kept getting notification for it non-stop. It's extremely annoying. Is there any way to fix this?

  • Kaspersky's Customer Service Centre is in Southeast Asia so there should not be any issues for you. 
  1. Are the 'Application not allow to receive audio stream' notifications breaking on the screen & that's the problem OR (you) don't want to see them in the Kaspersky Report? 
  2. Would you be kind enough to post a full-screen-screen-print of the *block* you've applied to Discord please? 
  • So, instead of selecting Chat, (you) selected Email, filled in the form & submitted that & then received an automated email response with an Incident reference number prefixed with INC0000 OR (you) never received an automated email response? 
  • Previously when (you've) selected Chat, filled in the form, ticked the reCaptcha, consented to the Kaspersky Privacy policy & select Submit - the next page - the system automatically generates an Incident reference number, advising (your) request has been submitted & a message confirming request creation has been sent to your email & for (you) to reply to it if you want to be contacted via email -> Did (you) do that? 
  • Alternatively - the option is to: Chat with an expert - when that's selected - (you) must accept & confirm the Privacy Statement *again* & enter (your) Email address *again* & then wait for a Chat agent to come online - the clock *always* says 6minutes, we've waited online for up to 75minutes before a Chat agent picked up the Chat - the 6minutes - cannot be relied on. 
  • Also Kaspersky Total Security is Kaspersky's *old* software; it's been replaced by Kaspersky Plus; Kaspersky are offering a free, like-for-like upgrade - please read: Kaspersky: Basic, Standard, Plus, Premium - info & FAQ, by Danila T.
  • Kaspersky Plus can be downloaded from: https://www.kaspersky.com/downloads#update-product

Also : How to block an app accessing your Webcam or Mic with Kaspersky Plus

→ Go to Privacy → Webcam and Mic Control settings → ⚙️ → Intrusion prevention
→ In the list, select the application for which you want to allow/deny webcam access.
→ Right-click  application name → select “Details and rules” to open  “Application rules” window
→ Select "Rights" →  Suspicious modifications in the operating system →  Access sound recording devices
→ Action  →  Allow / Deny → Save
