How do I know I have an update to the KASPERSKY SAFE KIDS app? I have a Samsung and they removed your app from there?Is there no way for an application to notify us of the new version, and we will download it from the page? Otherwise your app is just great!

Welcome!

1. Sadly, since the issues with Google Play Store, this has become more difficult - it depends on the store; KSK is available from the Huawei app gallery, that store does show the version & notifies of updates - images one and two below.
2. Correct, atm KSK is not available in the Galaxy store - image three below.
3. Again sadly Kaspersky have not made any progress with this. 
4. Even tho this: How to download Kaspersky applications on Android and iOS, Kaspersky Safe Kids, shows Galaxy store, it's not correct, but the How to install and activate Kaspersky on Android guide may help installing the Huawei app, as it may be 'unknown' & need to be given express permission to install, from there using & updating KSK from Huawei is easy

Thank you for your reply. I will have to use the Huawei store to check for updates. I hope they soon understand that by removing these applications, they are only losing their users and trust in Google and Samsung. Stay healthy and keep up your great all round protection apps. These are the apps I've always trusted!

1. Good question & absolutely no idea; we have a case outstanding with them on the issue - Kaspersky have pulled radio silence in response

We poked the bear & got this rubbish reply:

"Application not supported" means the device is not compatible. It's available on the Galaxy Store, but some devices may not be supported."

Our devices are:

Samsung, Android 11, One Ui 3.1 & Android 14, One UI 6 -> which are compliant with the specified: Kaspersky for Android, Hardware and software requirements. 

We've sent the issue back🙄

After *weeks* of adamantly insisting that KSK is available in Galaxy Store - Kaspersky experts have now *adjusted* their advice to: 'Safe Kids will be available in the Galaxy Store soon'🙄
