I have a Kaspersky Plus subscription for one device, but I now want to add another device. How do I do that? I do understand there may be a cost involved.

  1. Please take *full-screen-screen-prints* showing which options are available -> starting at the *Subscription-page*; please hide any private information, for example: email address & License key / Activation code - before posting images in (your) topic
  2. When we see what (you) can see -> IF necessary -> we'll approach the Kaspersky expert team again. 
  3. Also, may we know which region (you) located in please?

IF the link on the page (you've) referred to in (your) last post is still an issue please contact Kaspersky Customer Service & please also read the update from Kaspersky experts:

  1. The feature is managed by IPM (Incident Prevention and Mitigation) campaigns, and the availability of this feature depends on the region.
  2. There is no global upgrade for now.
  3. This feature will appear in the product and on the portal for customers due to the regional settings of IPM.
  4. The feature is unavailable by default.
  5. A request has been made to the relevant team responsible to change the article and provide more information for customers about how this feature works.
