Your precious time should not be wasted on reporting bugs to Kaspersky.

It always make me mad.

你很难想象作为一个付费用户，向卡巴斯基反馈bug，需要花费多少时间和精力。

但整个过程中却充满了敷衍，鸡同鸭讲，对牛弹琴。

这种感觉从十年前就开始了。直到现在还没有结束。

真令人无奈。

有时候，只是想让这个产品变好而已，

我感受到的是，对方并不愿意领你的情。

既然这样，我选择尊重！

其实已经生效了。

运行的话，系统监控会检测到的，那个检测名称就是对KSN拉黑的文件的报法，根本不是行为流特征BSS的检测。

但监控和扫描就是不检测。

I currently have three incidents under investigation.

they are

INC000017061101-kaspersky hangs explorer - I uploaded new traces and processmonitor log.

INC000017061100-kaspersky OAS and ODS do not dectect KSN blacklisted file - tech support never understand what I said although I already gave Very clear explanation. That disappoint me very much.

INC000016937222-camera protection pop up balloon do not disappear and will incorrectly stacked together. - confirmed but no plan of fix.

 

Other irresponsible work from tech support is not worth mentioning......really got used to it.
