Wait, each time I open it and come back to this page, it says it blocked a popup? Is this normal?

Hello @Lester.

Thank you👌 !

  • Has the Aura software (that comes with the PC) been activated at any time?
  • Is the MyASUS app installed to collect data & chat with ASUS Support?

Please let us know?

Thank you🙏

I dont think i’ve ever used it and I do have the app. Online chat isnt available in my region however. The best I can do is send an email.

Hello @Lester,

We need to see what you see🤔

  • May we have an image that’s showing “blocked popup ” please?

Thank you🙏

Hello @Lester,

Go back to KTS Reports, the Blocked event will be in the reports, save the Report & post for us please?

Also, when you raise the issue with ASUS, there’s 4 files, we’ve filtered the Report for you - see attached.

Thank you🙏

Hello @Lester,

  • We got the first report, however, after you posted that you advised us that there were Blocked popup events, those events should be freshly captured in the KTS Reports🤔

Please look for the Blocked popups that happened just before & rerun the Report?

Thank you🙏

It said the result was it blocked it. Am I safe?

Edit: it was around a week ago.

Also, I cant seem to find where the popups should be located at. I have to go somewhere for now and will try to find later. Hope thats okay.

Hello @Lester,

Yes, of course it’s ok, we’re always here to help whenever you’re ready☺

  • Before you go, could we have the Web antivirus - critical event Report please?

Thank you🙏

Also turns out that the blocked popup is just my attachment. Apparently it mistakes it as a popup.

Hello @Lester,

Thank you👌

The only issue in the Web Anti-Virus Report is ‘thefool76.com’ certificate problem → Kaspersky has blocked it - so that’s fine - you are safe in relation to this specific issue.

In the Web AV Report, where you see:

  • Security level: Recommended.
  • Machine learning and signature analysis: Yes.
  • Heuristic Analysis: Deep.
  • Action on threat detection: Block.

That’s how the KTS application is configured to manage Web Anti-Virus for your system - again, none of this is a problem.

For ASUS Support

Thank you🙏
