Hello @Lester,

You’re welcome!

We did reply, perhaps you missed it:

➡ Everything has context, we’d like to see the data, otherwise, we’ll only be able to provide a “generic” answer⬅

  • Export the report, save as a txt file, attach📎 to your reply please?
  • Have you investigated the “corrupted” files, are the files accessible?

Thank you🙏

Hello @Lester,

You’re welcome!

  • Re “will it automatically be txt?”

The Report?

Yes.

  • Re “how can I change?”

Why change the Report file extension?

  • Re  “ delete it afterwards?”

The Report?

From the reply that you post?

Yes.

However, if you delete the Report too quickly we may not have time to access it.

Thank you🙏

  • 2 weeks later...

Hey, like a month ago, I found the few “corrupted files” on my pc. My pc is from Asus and the files are “Asus aura lighting add ons” and it says that its used by the operating system and other software and that changing anything on them could be bad for my pc. But now im not sure if its actually corrupted or not. Im also not sure what those files are for either.
