Hello everyone,
As per the subject line, I read on the official blog that the Linux version is now available for home users as well.
Unfortunately, however, it's not currently available for download from my Kaspersky account in Italy.

Does anyone know when it will be possible to do so, or if there's already a way to get the installation file?

Thanks everyone.

Hello @fabiodanzetta

Welcome back!

  1. Right at the very bottom of the blog it states: NB: Kaspersky for Linux isn’t GDPR-ready just yet. The blog is dated November 3rd, 2025.
  2. Kaspersky Customer Service https://support.kaspersky.it/b2c/it#contacts - may have more current information, have (you) reached out to them? IF 'yes', what did they say? IF 'no', please do so, and please share their feedback with the Community - when it's available?

Thank you🙏

Hi @Flood and Flood's wife,

In fact, I also wrote to support yesterday.

same here, no link to download the linux version. I am from indonesia

I just tried the trial to test Kaspersky on Linux, but I couldn't find any download link for the Linux version. That's really disappointing. I'm going to unsubscribe now.

Hello, everyone.
The Italian support team simply told me that they do not have a release date for the Italian language version of the product.

When it is available, I will find it in my Kaspersky.

You can download it from the African site at the moment if you want to.

https://www.kaspersky.co.za/downloads/plus

You can activate it with the activation code of your subscription.

Officially only Ubuntu and some RPM based Linux flavors popular in Russia and third-world countries are supported but I have tested it with some other popular RPM based Linux flavors and it's running fine mostly. It does have some minor issues on SUSE for example with Web Protection but nothing game breaking.

While the download works, it asks for a Activation Code that is not showing up in My Kaspersky portal. This seems to be regional issue. The support team is telling me that it doesn't work on Linux.

Also, by installing that version it ask for an Activation Code and you can read "Comercial" besides it. Can confirm that it is using the Home Premium with this version?

Hello guys! Good news! It works, you might need to get in touch with the support, they can provide you the Activation Code!
