Premium RC 21.18.5.438 (Win11) System Watcher detected portable Mullvad Alpha mullvadbrowser.exe as a PDM:Trojan.Win32.Generic when I tried to import bookmarks. First I tried to recover quarantined file, then delete it, but these attempts were unsuccessful, so I chose to rollback of application's actions with a reboot. A quarter of an hour later, I was able to log in to my computer. Soon I noticed that Kaspersky firewall no longer worked, and the blocked applications were able to access the Internet. I rebooted the machine twice and the firewall blocks started working.

I don't know the value of my observation. I was using Windscribe with the wireguard protocol, so there may have been a problem. On my previous pc, I used Bitdefender antivirus and Proton VPN with the wireguard protocol, and I also found that sometimes firewall didn't work. Easy solution for me is to not use wireguard protocol, but I'm interested, where this problem is generated, and how and who can fix it?
