Failed to capture device OS image for installation package

Hi,

I'm trying to create a device OS image to setup new computers but i'm receiving below error after running the task:

I'm running KSC 13.2.0.1511 and the device is a Windows 10 PRO 21H2.
I've installed both the network agent and the KES 11.8 at the target, but the error doesn't change and I cant figure out what is happening.

Can you please help me? Let me know if you guys need any further information.

@vinicius.katsuo1 I know it's been more than 2 years since your question and we don't know if you solved your problem by contacting Kaspersky. But I remember I had a similar problem and it was a permission on the shared folder that would receive the reference OS image.

ex: c:\images
Sharing this folder should be enough for the task of creating the OS image with the utilities.

Como não posso editar meu post anterior, escreverei um novo. O erro que você relata é devido à versão do ADK que cada sistema operacional tem. Ao baixar para o KSC, tenha cuidado ao baixar o ADK para a versão do SO que será capturada. Ex: Windows 10, Windows 11. Cada ADK é para um Sistema Operacional.
