Failed to capture device OS image for installation package

Hi,

I'm trying to create a device OS image to setup new computers but i'm receiving below error after running the task:

I'm running KSC 13.2.0.1511 and the device is a Windows 10 PRO 21H2.
I've installed both the network agent and the KES 11.8 at the target, but the error doesn't change and I cant figure out what is happening.

Can you please help me? Let me know if you guys need any further information.
