So, I have this game from STEAM called "ENLISTED" and due to its anticheat (i guess), I cant run my KASPERSKY VPN even with SPLIT TUNNELING activated, which in theory should include only the programs I choose to the VPN access, so the games or platform i am playing not being one for them.

I have similar problems with another Gaijin game called War Thunder. I suspect the issue relates specifically to Gaijin blacklisting the IP address coming out of Kaspersky VPNs. I am able to play Gaijin games with NordVPN and Surfshark VPN regardless of the connection protocol used. It is not the protocol, it is the addresses.

Log a request with Kaspersky Customer Service, https://support.kaspersky.com/b2c#contacts - select either Chat or Email, then fill in the  template as shown; include a *detailed history*

*Also* -> IF using Chat - *before* ending the chat -> ask the operator to email (you) a copy of the chat transcript - otherwise (you'll) have no record of the chat*             image.thumb.png.22457d337892323f2374ba30cb95bbd4.png

I have submitted my tickets however as of right now after 20hrs I'm still waiting on a reply.

It is now 2025, so technically speaking I haven't heard back from support since last year.

  1. After receiving an automated email with an Incident reference number prefixed with INC0000* has the been any contact from Kaspersky at all? 
  2. Have (you) sent a follow-up email advising the issue is outstanding & (you) need assistance?
