Erro 6

Quando tento entrar no app pelo meu celular aparece essa mensagem de erro e não abre.

1. Is the phone for the child OR the parent? IF parent, select (A)Esqueci meu código de acesso, then sign into (your) MyKaspersky account                                                                                   
2. Please log a request with Kaspersky Customer Support - https://support.kaspersky.com.br/b2c/br#contacts, select *Email* -> fill in the template as shown, provide a *detailed-history* & tell support: "Ocorreu um erro com o domínio da Kaspersky: código de erro: 6"
