Duplicated new context menu entry (win11)

Kaspersky standard is showing 2 identical itens in new context menu (right click menu) of windows 11, i have tried reinstall with no success to resolve this, started in last update.

Also, please check  : CCleaner > Startup > Context Menu > "shellex.dll"

Usually, such an issue could occur if the ShellEx module is left registered from a previous Kaspersky version. However, in GSI, no leftovers were found. Although in the avz_sysinfo log, the Kaspersky 21.21 ShellEx module registration is doubled.

Let's try to re-register the plugin:
Open Command Prompt (as Administrator) and execute the command, copy-paste the whole line:
