Yes, Kaspersky Premium does include Premium Unlimited VPN - the Premium Unlimited VPN is for one/1 user account on all devices, this information is shown in the shopping cart when the software is purchased: https://www.kaspersky.ca/premium. *All* other user accounts on the subscription have Kaspersky Standard/Limited VPN. Also IF the subscription is purchased from a Kaspersky website, the subscription activates when the transaction is successful, not when the software is installed.
