Deleted Whatsapp messages

Hi

Is it possible to see deleted whatsapp messages on my child's device via a report? I haven't seen anything like this, but could it legally be implemented, since she is under 18?

Unfortunately no, WhatsApp content is strictly controlled by WhatsApp Privacy Policy.

Additionally @Suzi,

WhatsApp uses end-to-end encryption, which is communications that remain 
encrypted from a device controlled by the sender to one controlled by the 
recipient, where no third parties, not even WhatsApp or the parent company 
Facebook, can access the content in between. A third party in this context 
means any organization that is not the sender or recipient user directly 
participating in the conversation.

The discussion is if "using KSK, it's possible to see deleted WhatsApp messages & or, if not, could this be legally implemented?"; given Kaspersky Lab's mission, it's not even in the realm of possibility to suggest they'd use "fraud" anything.
